Only one match was played to confirm the holders of the Mary Blake Over 35s Trophy between St Clement v St Lawrence
St Clement 6, 14, 18, 26
St Lawrence 14, 24, 36, 49
It was a game played in good spirit by all to earn the Trophy donated by our former Lady Patron Mary Blake who passed away last year, and this was presented by current Lady Patron Ann Halliwell.
St Lawrence getting plenty of turn overs and rebounds in defence gained the upper hand. Their slick passing up the court coupled with accurate shooting prowess of Georgie Cottini mean they ran away worthy winners.
The oldest player in the JNA, Colette Willmett (67), took to the court for the final quarter, showing you a never too old!!
