Netball Update:
The executive committee have been discussing the ongoing corona-virus situation and deciding on the best plan of action. In light of the discussion and following a wealth of advice we have made the difficult decision to cancel all remaining netball. The safety of our participants is our priority and is in the best interest of everyone within our netball family. We will review everything at the end of April and keep you updated.

After School Classes
After School classes are offered to all children to introduce and develop their netball skills. All classes focus on learning through fun activities and children are encouraged to mix in the group and make new friends. A new 10 week course will be starting 11th September and 19th September 2019 depending on the age group Year 1 & 2: 4pm - 5pm on Wednesdays at Gloucester Hall, Fort Regent from Wednesday 15th January
The Year 1 & 2 class will focus on catching and throwing and movement skills from a fun multi-skills and mini games perspective. The class offers an introduction to underpinning movements and skills for a range of sports. Years 3 & 4: 5pm - 6pm on Wednesdays at Gloucester Hall, Fort Regent from Wednesday 15th January The year 3 and 4 Class is for beginners to introduce core netball skills and a basic understanding of the rules. Years 5 & 6: 4pm - 5pm on Thursdays at Gloucester Hall, Fort Regent from Thursday 16th January The year 5 & 6 class is for children that have a basic level of netball skills and some knowledge of the requirements of the game and understanding of the rules. The class will focus on skill development and develop attacking and defending principles and will further develop core netball skills and game and positional awareness. | ||||||
